Jedi Master Camp April 8, 2017 10am-2pm
Does the Force interest you? Do you wish to wield a light saber? Then you might ready to begin your Jedi Master training!! During this mini day camp, Padawans will be given their Jedi Master name, learn the Jedi Code and participate in several fun and exciting events including an obstacle course and light saber duals! We will spend the day learning what it takes to be a Jedi and take the final test in order to receive our Jedi Master certificates! We even have a confirmed guest appearance from the most skilled Jedi on Tattooine!! Join us for a day of excitement and fun in a galaxy far, far away!
This camp will be for ages 7-13. Camp will be from 10am to 2pm. Please be on time as we will be running the day on a schedule! Activities include learning the Jedi Code and receiving Jedi names and robes, constructing our light sabers, learning light saber safety and etiquette and Jedi training and tests ( light saber duals, team building games and obstacle course) Each participant will receive their Jedi Master certificate at the end of the day during our Jedi Graduation. We will be having pizza delivered for lunch. Please be sure you pick up your child on time at 2pm! Cost is $50 per child. Music Suite 408 requires a one time facility usage fee of $10 for new students which covers a whole year of activities and lessons at Music Suite 408. If your child is new to Music Suite 408, this fee will be in addition to the cost of camp.
***PLEASE READ** We are asking that you place a $25 deposit to insure your child’s spot in this camp as there will be limited spaces. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid in person at Music Suite 408. Parents will also be required to sign a waiver in order for their child to participate, which can be signed at time of deposit. Each child MUST have a signed waiver to participate, no exceptions!! For those NEW to Music Suite 408, there is a one-time annual $10 Facility Use Fee (Registration Fee) for the 2016-2017 Academic Year.
Broadway Showstopper Workshop III will focus on music from Grease & Phantom of the Opera. This is the third in a series led by vocal educator, Sarah Arter. Held in the Music Suite 408 Westclox Fine Arts Factory, class will be limited to 20 participants, age 8 and up (adults welcome). $50.00 per workshop. Guest workshop educators.
